Knots is a challenging puzzle game. Solving the puzzles is very rewarding, because this game is a little harder than it looks. Can you swap around all of the tiles to untangle the looping shapes?

Aside from training your ability to recognize patterns, this game will also challenge your visual attention to detail. Train your deductive reasoning and test your perseverance as you work out the right placement for each tile. 

How to play Knots?

All of the pieces form one or more looping shapes, but they’re not lying in the right spot. Swap around the pieces to connect the colored lines and complete the shapes.

Gray tiles cannot be moved, so these give you a good place to start. Solving the puzzles becomes harder as you go, with larger and more complicated loops and knots, and no fixed pieces.

Tips:

• It helps to start by looking for corner pieces that will only fit along certain positions along the edges of the puzzle, such as tiles that show a sharply bent line.
• If the puzzle features multiple loops and shapes, it also helps to start out focusing on just one shape and color. The rest of the pattern will become clearer once the shape of the first loop starts to come together.
